The 12-month plan
What’s left, in priority order, with effort and cost honestly sized. Presented to leadership in business language.
Delivery commitment.
Fieldwork to final presentation in two to three weeks, with the delivery date fixed in the proposal. Pricing principles apply: scope fixed before work starts, inclusions in writing, no surprise extensions.
